Dalhousie School Chess Club

Dalhousie MY Chess Tournament

The Dalhousie School Chess Club is open to students in grades 4-6.  We meet in the library at lunch hour on Day 3 of the school cycle and play from about 12:00 - 12:40.

Students need to remember these important points:

-If you belong to a lunch program you must go sign in and let the supervisor know that you are attending Chess Club.

-You should bring your outdoor clothes with you so that you can go directly outside after Chess Club.

-You should finish eating before you start playing to avoid making a mess.

-You must be playing a game, watching a game, or doing something chess related in order to stay.

-Chess can become very competitive, so remember our school values: Kindness, Safety, Responsibility, and Respect.
